In the aftermath of Hurricane Irma, our team at Wren Insurance is reminded of our driving force - our "why" for being in the profession we are. We exist to take care of people. As simple as that sounds, we take it very seriously and it is an integral part of our DNA.
As the Wren Insurance Agency team continues to grow and the insurance industry evolves, we are proactively thinking, “How can we become the finest, unified, unique team to serve our community appropriately?” We want to be there when you need us most.
We support each other, our clients, realtors, mortgage lenders and members of the community by relying on teamwork. I rely on my teammates and our community relies on us (as a team) to provide top-of-the-line service and provide protection solutions. We are able to use our daily experiences to find ways to improve the ability to take care of each other.
Our team explores coverage options and presents solutions to each individual situation. We have service standards:
- Receive a call back within 4 hours of leaving a message
- Receive an insurance option same day – if not the next day
- If your renewal increases, 10% or more, we proactively review other carriers
- You will be greeted by an individual, not a voice prompt system.
With new challenges daily, working as a team allows us to improve personally and universally to better serve the community. The agency keeps up with the insurance industry trends, technology advances and plans to continuously improve to ease the experience of insurance.
