Relationships are important to us here at the Wren Insurance Agency. In fact, our slogan is “We Value Relationships.” This is one of our core values and affects every aspect of our individual lives.
We value relationships - with you personally, with each other, and with our insurance carriers. Why? Because we believe relationships are what makes or breaks a business. We want to prove our integrity and trustworthiness in every interaction we make with you.
If we truly value relationships, how are we proving that? We want to show you that we really mean it. This can be seen through various aspects, but I want to highlight three main areas I have experienced personally:
First, our Protect & Share program has been an amazing success since the beginning of this year. We partner each quarter with a new organization in our community to donate one dollar for every quote request and referral we receive. In addition, each quote and referral enters you in a drawing for a $250 gift card. We have partnered with the Ronald McDonald House, Nana’s House, and this quarter we are partnering with Brevard Rescue Mission. This helps to build a stronger relationship with our community and clients.
Another way we prove that we value relationships is through our insurance reviews. These reviews are also new to our agency core. We invite our clients in the office for a review of their insurance program with their own account manager. This means we get to build an actual relationship with our client. From calling you and offering the review, to meeting (or re-uniting) with you in our office, I love getting to interact with all of our clients!
The third way that we want to show that we value relationships is through our own team relationships. We must work as a team in order to succeed at our jobs. We all have great relationships and help one another out when needed. Our monthly breakfasts together and birthday celebrations are two examples of fun relationship-builders. The office is often filled with laughter and jokes and we think it is important to keep it that way! When we have fun, you can too.
